In February 2007 the UK-wide conference on appraisal, co-hosted by the NHS Clinical Governance Support Team, and the National Association of Primary Care Educators, approved a statement on essential evidence for medical appraisal The Leicester Statement is now supported by a full set of Structured Reflective Templates (SRTs), available for downloading and electronic completion by appraisees.
